Winter Weaving #003
A cozy addition to the Lionheart Canyon Studio 2020 Holiday Shop.
This woven wall hanging was made with Belgian wool roving, sari silk, soft cotton cord, and various yarns. The wood was foraged from my hidden canyon in far western Kansas. Woven goods will be wrapped neatly, tied with twine and a sprig of pine.
This is considered a small wall hanging, ideal for nestling among other pieces of artwork on a gallery wall (or on a narrower wall space).
MEASUREMENT INFORMATION:
6” wide x 16” long — the width and length of the woven body and fringe.
7” wide x 21” long — the width of the wood rod, and the length of where the nail will be to the farthest tip of fringe.
